Leg 1: 8km Paddle
Leg 3: 22km Mountain Bike
Leg 2: 8km Trail Run Race Categories: solo, pairs or 3 person relay team
Teams of: 2or3
Event Cost:
Solo Entry: R165.00 per person
Pairs: R330.00 per pair
3 person relay team: R210.00 per team
Trail run only: R50.00 per person
Online entries close midnight 3 June 2009 - pre-entry only
Registration: 06h30 - 08h00
Start: 08h00
Prize giving: 12h30 [at the latest]
DIRECTIONS:
Take the N1 from Cape Town to Du Toits Kloof At Worcester, turn right onto the
R43 Drive over the Breede River Bridge (still on the R43) +- 5km past the bridge, take a left turn @ the Brandvlei Cellar Sign (Brown
Signboard) Brandvlei Cellar is +- 4km further on the Right Hand side of the
road.

You need to supply your own equipment – Quantum Adventures does not do rentals.
Any form of paddle craft may be used, although K1’s and K2’s or surf skis are recommended.
There will be NO watering points en route, and athletes need to be self sufficient for the duration of the event. The transition between disciplines is also the start and finish – everything at one place. This means you return to the same place after each leg.
There will be full ablution and catering facilities available at the start/end venue.
All athletes will be required to wear race bibs or race numbers for the full duration of the race
